Christoph E. F. Bubb

Christoph Bubb advises entrepreneurs, shareholders and managing directors in corporate and tax law — structuring where conflicts can be avoided, and litigating where they must be fought.

He studied law at the University of Regensburg and Ludwig Maximilian University Munich. During his legal training, he worked at a US law firm in New York City — an experience that continues to shape his understanding of international structures and Anglo-American negotiation practice.

He subsequently spent several years in the Corporate/M&A group of a renowned mid-sized law firm, advising on transactions with a cumulative volume of over EUR 770 million. His approach: penetrate complex issues clearly, assess them honestly — and guide clients reliably through to the decision.
